My Mary Kay Beginnings

I began building my Mary Kay business in 2023. My journey started in a way I never expected—I originally signed up simply to have access to the products and resources while working in marketing, but what I found was so much bigger than that.

As my journey grew, so did my passion—not just for the products, but for the people. Today, one of my absolute favorite parts of this business is mentoring other women as they build something of their own. With my background in marketing and brand strategy, I’ve been able to help women see their vision clearly, connect with their audience, and grow businesses that truly reflect who they are.

There is something incredibly powerful about watching another woman step into her confidence, set goals, and start achieving dreams she once thought were out of reach.

At the heart of it all for me is my role as a wife and a mom. The Mary Kay philosophy of God first, family second, career third aligns so naturally with the life I strive to live every day. It gives me the freedom to be present where I’m needed most, while still building something meaningful of my own.

Operating under the Golden Rule makes this business feel even more like home. Serving my customers with care, honesty, and intention isn’t something I have to learn—it’s second nature. It’s about creating real relationships and making women feel seen, valued, and confident.

I’m excited to continue sharing this opportunity and growing my mentorship with more women who are ready for something more—more flexibility, more purpose, and more ownership of their future.

Mary Kay has created a space where growth is supported, training is constant, and the potential to earn is truly unmatched. It’s not just about beauty—it’s about building a life you love, and helping others do the same along the way.

My Walk to Red…

My journey to earning my Red Jacket has been anything but rushed — and honestly, I wouldn’t want it any other way. It’s reinforced in me that leadership is not about pushing people toward goals that benefit you — it’s about helping people discover what’s possible for themselves.

I’ve never wanted to lead with pressure, comparison, or the idea that success has to look the same for everyone. I truly believe every person’s goals, season of life, and “why” are different, and my leadership should honor that. With so many people in Mary Kay, the road can start to feel crowded with examples of success or experience that may have worked for someone else — but don’t actually fit you.

When you spend all your energy chasing what was meant for someone else, you can lose sight of what’s meant for your life, your strengths, and your season. True leadership is helping people find a path they can sustainably and confidently walk for themselves. True leadership isn’t about doing what makes you feel better as a leader or what makes you look successful to people outside your unit. It’s about the hard conversations, the sacrifices no one sees, the consistency to keep showing up, and the willingness to help people grow — even when it takes time.

To me, becoming a Star Team Builder isn’t about what my team can do for me or my ego. It’s about what I can pour into them — encouragement, support, strategy, confidence, and helping them see their own potential.

But leadership also isn’t just sitting around talking about dreams and goals. It’s about creating the stepping stones that turn those dreams into realistic goals — and building a strategy to actually get there.

That mindset is what led me to create A.I.M. — Achieve • Inspire • Move with Purpose.

Achieve goals that fit your life and dreams

Inspire through authenticity, encouragement, and example

Move with Purpose with intentional action and direction

Earning my Red Jacket is meaningful to me because it represents building something intentionally — with heart, consistency, purpose, and a genuine desire to help others succeed in whatever success means to them.

For me, achievement has never been about rushing to the next title or checking boxes on someone else’s timeline. It’s about showing up fully in the season I’m in — learning, growing, and allowing success to look different at different stages of life. Some goals took longer than I expected, some looked different than I planned, and all of them shaped me exactly the way they were meant to.

To inspire doesn’t mean having it all figured out. It means being honest, leading with heart, and letting others see that growth isn’t always loud or fast — sometimes it’s quiet, steady, and deeply meaningful. If my journey reminds someone else that they’re not behind, that they’re allowed to grow at their own pace, then that’s the kind of inspiration that matters to me.

And moving with purpose means trusting direction over speed. It means believing that closed doors aren’t rejection — they’re protection. That pauses aren’t failures — they’re preparation. Every step forward, every step back, every moment of waiting has carried purpose, even when I couldn’t see it at the time.

The A.I.M. Unit was never created to build followers — it was created to build leaders. Leaders who understand that success is not found in chasing every trend, copying every top seller, or forcing themselves into a version of business that doesn’t align with who they are.

Real growth happens when you stop running after what looks good from the outside and start building something sustainable, intentional, and true to your own life. Through strategy, consistency, hard conversations, encouragement, and purpose, my goal is to help people create success they can actually maintain and feel proud of.

Because the right path won’t require you to abandon yourself to walk it. 💗
